BuyNumber.io is a virtual-number service that is paid with crypto only: BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, BNB, DOGE, TRX, LTC and XMR are accepted, other payment methods are not offered. Numbers are available for more than 600 online platforms, and the cheapest activation number costs unknown.
Two products are offered:
- Activation numbers — temporary VoIP numbers for one-time SMS verification. A number stays active for unknown minutes, can receive exactly one SMS and is then permanently removed; used numbers are never resold. If no SMS arrives within the unknown-minute window, the amount is refunded automatically to the account balance.
- Rental numbers — VoIP numbers rented by the hour, day or month. They receive unlimited SMS during the rental period, can be extended, and used numbers are never resold here either. Rental numbers are offered for unknown countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and the Netherlands.
No KYC is required: an email address is enough to open an account. Verification codes are shown in the web dashboard. An API is available for developers.
Note on refunds: all sales are final — refunds are credited to the BuyNumber.io account balance only; discretionary refunds to the original payment method are decided case by case. Support is reachable by email.
